To Make a Purchase.

 

Browse our new on-line catalogue and enter your order details into the shopping cart. It is pretty straight forward, but if you would rather make an order by phone, by email, please don’t hesitate to do so.

 

When you order on-line, you can check out your shopping cart using our very secure payment service, you will be asked a few simple details that will enable your order to be processed quickly without problems.

 

Mail order payments by cheque or credit card. Cheques made payable to: Northern Design & Print. All orders must be paid for in full on placing of order.

 

Cheques must have cleared and credit card payments must be authorised before dispatch. This is a secured site please see our privacy policy. Subject to stock availability, please allow additional time during peak time.

 

V.A.T:

 

All prices on our site INCLUDE V.A.T where applicable.

Further discounts are available on bulk orders.

 

Personalisation Guidelines

Each order for a personalised shirt, or any other items of stock are done to order, and so such are non-refundable.

 

The only time in which an order would be considered for either exchange or refund would be if the order for was incorrectly completed by Northern Design & Print.

 

Please then be sure of the sizes you require and make sure that the print details given are correct and leave no room for error.

 

Deliveries:

 

For deliveries to mainland UK addresses, the following charges will be charged to cover carriage fees:-

Orders under £50.00: £5.00 per order.

Orders over £50.00 and under £150.00: £7.00 per order.

Orders £150.00 and over: £15.00 per order.

Local deliveries will be f.o.c or can be collected from Northern Teamwear.

 

PLEASE NOTE ALL PARCELS WILL NEED A SIGNATURE.

 

Delivery will be made by Our Courier or Post Office.

We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained.

 

We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Times Here at Northern Teamwear we aim to deliver goods within 14 days of your order, although if Printing or Embroidery is required this could take up to 21 days.

At peak times some goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed.

In this event we shall contact you the customer to when your order will become available. We also offer a back order system if your order is out of stock. Damaged Incorrect Goods Received.

 

Please call our customer services within 5 days of receipt of your order if there are issues with the products you have received.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the condition of which it was received.

Every effort is made to ensure the goods bought from Northern Teamwear are of excellent manufacturing quality.

Should there be any issues regarding the quality of a product, or the product has become faulty, Northern Teamwear reserves the right to return the goods to their manufacturer for inspection before any action will be taken. This can take up to 2 weeks.

 

Returns:

 

No printed items can be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances.

All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection.

 

We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities.

Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been dispatched correctly, must be paid by the customer.

If returning goods for any reason make sure you contact us first within 14 days of your order.

CancellationsA charge of 15% of the order value will be charged if cancelled after 7 days.
